Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
Be an Ambassador for our Brand, Values and Product
Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving budget targets, with effective cost control.
Participate in monitoring store performance, understand key indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with onboarding, and training the team to support their development and motivation.
Motivate the team for high performance and exceptional customer service.
Develop future talent; we grow together!
Deliver and manage an exceptional customer experience by bringing waterdrop®'s brand values to life.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising across all areas.
Support inventory management, deliveries, and overall store organisation for efficient operations.
Plan and help organise in-store events and promotional activities to improve performance and engagement (prospecting and negotiation).
Ensure clear and effective communication within the store team, with other departments, and with customers.
Support the Store Manager in promoting collaboration and consistency in store operations.
Manage time and priorities in the store effectively.
Ensure visits from the waterdrop® management team are always a positive experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the store.What you bring to the table:
