  • A Master's degree or 1–3 years of full-time work experience

  • Strong academic achievement and the drive to excel

  • A track record of bringing your passions to life - through remarkable extracurriculars, side projects, or first professional steps

  • International experience and openness to relocating

  • Fluency in English
