Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

Order Fulfilment & Assembly Management Ensure the seamless fulfilment and assembly of B2B orders against available stock, incoming supply and warehouse capacity. Monitor order flow and proactively address risks to OTIF and delivery performance.

Stakeholder Management Coordinate closely with B2B Sales, Customer Success and Demand Planning to align on priorities and operational requirements. Act as the day-to-day point of contact between the B2B warehouse partner and internal stakeholders.

Performance Analysis & Improvement Analyse B2B fulfilment performance using relevant KPIs (OTIF, OOS/excess/BBD risk, order execution). Identify root causes of deviations, define corrective actions and support their implementation to meet service-level and efficiency targets.

Warehouse & Capacity Management Maintain visibility of B2B stock, allocation and open orders. Support the B2B warehouse partner with capacity planning, resource allocation and prioritisation, and act as first point of contact for service-level issues.

Process Design & Optimization Help refine SOPs for B2B inventory, allocation and order management. Identify and address workflow inefficiencies to improve operational performance.

Project Execution Support the planning and execution of B2B projects, customer-specific assemblies and seasonal promotional activities, ensuring stock, timelines and system setup are aligned.

What makes you a great fit:

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in supply chain management

• Proven track record in project management and process improvement

• Hands-on knowledge of digital warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Background in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry

• Strong analytical skills, ability to build reports – tools, which support daily ops

• Degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on supply chain

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 50,000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
