Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration
Prepare and manage employment documents such as contracts, amendments, reference letters, and termination agreements
Support payroll preparation by ensuring all employee data and relevant changes are accurate and submitted on time
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data quality and consistency
Support the HR Business Partner in handling employee inquiries and assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives
Act as a link between local operations and HR stakeholders, supporting alignment on policies, processes, and initiatives
Contribute to the improvement and automation of HR processes to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience
Support the management of work permits and employment eligibility, including tracking expiration dates
Assist in HR reporting, data preparation, and documentation
Participate in HR projects focused on employee engagement, process optimization, and organizational development
Support compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and data protection requirements
Your strengths and qualifications:
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
You are fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken)
You have a strong interest in operational HR and are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and employee lifecycle management
You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way, especially when handling sensitive data
You are proactive, organized, and enjoy supporting others in a dynamic environment
You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with employees and stakeholders
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to learn
