Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
As an Influencer Relations Manager (m/f/d) you
Execute the global influencer marketing strategy across paid, seeding, event, and affiliate initiatives
Manage your own market budgets, ensuring profitable growth within your own markets
Source and manage creators from macro to micro who align with our brand values and diverse global audience, serving as their main point of contact
Coordinate influencer campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring timely execution and guideline compliance
Plan and execute influencer events, activations, and brand experiences
Oversee campaign execution from creative brief through performance reporting, ensuring assets are delivered on time and on brand
Review content to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives
Lead performance tracking, reporting, and insights across reach, revenue, and efficiency metrics for your markets
What makes you a great fit:
You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in operative influencer marketing
You have a strong interest in influencer culture, creator ecosystems, and social media platforms
You have a strong understanding of performance-driven influencer KPIs and performance metrics with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams and you are comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
You communicate confidently in English (additional languages such as German, French or Dutch are a plus)

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 45.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
