Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
- Act as the HR point of contact for our international teams, providing hands-on support and guidance across all HR-related topics.
- Partner closely with our global HR team to ensure local HR operations are aligned with international standards and strategies.
- Support the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding and development to performance management and exit processes – for both office and retail employees.
- Advise managers on employee relations, labor law, and organizational topics, ensuring fair, compliant, and business-focused solutions.
- Manage work permit processes.
- Manage and execute core HR administrative tasks, including employment contracts, contract changes, reference letters, and terminations.
- Drive local implementation of global HR initiatives and contribute to international projects across various HR disciplines.
- Provide accurate data reporting and ensure all HR records are maintained in line with company standards and legal requirements.
Your strengths and qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in at least one country (preferably in the DACH Area).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across different functions and seniority levels.
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 45.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
